IT BA / PMO – Banking - presentation & reporting

Our client is now looking for BA/ PMO to support IT transformation projects, work with IT& project team to prepare presentation decks & report for management update.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document functional requirements for new features and enhancements.
  • Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Coordinate with regional teams on cross-business unit projects, facilitating effective collaboration and communication.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentation decks for senior management, highlighting project progress, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies relevant to banking and financial services.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for improving system resilience and security, proposing solutions to mitigate risks.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/ PMO/ PM in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception through implementation.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for presentation & reporting
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the SDLC process.
  • Proficient communication skills in both Chinese and English (including Mandarin)
  • Short notice is a plus
