Business Analyst - Insurance

An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in one leading insurance group. The successful candidate will have the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, facilitating and gathering business requirements from various units, liaising with product owners and delivery teams, and managing key stakeholders across markets.

What you'll do:

  • Facilitate and gather the Business Requirements from Business Units to supplement and write user stories
  • Facilitate grooming sessions with development teams
  • Liaise with Product owner and delivery teams for clarifications and act as liaison between SME, business and delivery teams
  • Work as part of a high performing solution delivery team (business / Tech BA, developers, product owner) to execute the planned initiatives across markets
  • Manage and align key stakeholders across markets to the group standard designs, advising on local customizations
  • Prioritize features for upcoming sprints and ensure timely delivery

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of BA related experience in Insurance,
  • Degree holder with relevant degree
  • Preferably in Life Insurance knowledge and understanding of Operations, Purchasing, Servicing and Claims
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and well versed with Miro, JIRA and confluence
  • Agile working experience as domain SME in delivery of key projects
  • Ability to multi-task, work to a schedule and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, attention to detail and impeccable business judgment
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills and Stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
