Looking for a manager with strong business expertise in the digital procurement area. Experience with digital procurement related business development and project management in Asian region. Familiar with digital platform such as: Jaggaer, Coupa, SAP Ariba, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead digital procurement related project BD and execution in Asia Pacific
• Provide thought leadership of Digital Procurement Management consulting business, ability of transforming customer issues and business challenges into consulting business opportunities, guide customer on needs clarification, solution development till sign business contract with customer.
• Draft business proposals and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of different digital platforms in the market, such as Jaggaer, Coupa, SAP Ariba, etc., to recommend suitable digital platforms to address customer business challenges.
• Monitor and gain in-depth understanding of market dynamics related to digital procurement management and build market-oriented solutions with market competitiveness for digital procurement management, including process diagnosis, data analysis, system architecture, and related product configurations.
• Development of differentiated solutions based on deep understanding of competitor offerings, consistently enhance BE digital solutions in the Asia Pacific market.
• Manage procurement consulting team and demonstrate leadership.
• Collaborate with industry team, market team and other stakeholders as per need.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above (Master is an advantage)
• Over 8 years of consulting work experience in digital procurement area
• Having a deep understanding of digital procurement related platforms such as Jaggaer, familiar with Automotive, Manufacturing and Retail industry in Asia Pacific is a plus.
• Strong procurement process optimization ability, capable of conducting process diagnosis, data analysis, and customized consulting solution design.
• Excellent business communication and negotiation skills, interpersonal coordination skills, and strong pressure resistance.
• Strong logical thinking, able to work with a positive attitude under pressure. Having self-motivation and an interest in learning new knowledge.
• Willing to travel, project management experience in Asia Pacific is required.
• Fluent English is required.
