The role Overview: This role will be responsible for driving digitalization project, streamlining processes, and working closely with finance team & external vendor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for billing system to improve processes and development of new technology solutions.
• Meets internal and external customer requirements through effective planning and management of IT functions and activities across the region – in conjunction with a global technology approach.
• Builds relationships with key stakeholders within the region, including lawyers, and manages communication between practice areas, the business, and IT in conjunction with the Legal Innovation team
• Works with Finance & Accounts and IT to align their project strategies with practice group needs
• Organises, plans and coordinates workshops, pilots and surveys, as necessary to help gauge how the ecosystem is working and to promote new initiatives and significant workflow changes
• Continually looks to improve processes, eliminate non-value-added tasks, and streamline how workflows are used

Key Requirments:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience within the legal industry or other professional services, knowledge and experience with Aderant suite of products is a plus
• A strong appreciation of value achieved through astute financial management including budget planning and operational expense management
• A high level of discretion in preserving the confidentiality of sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Fluency in English is required
