The role involves participating in various business digital system projects and providing support in user acceptance testing and incident management activities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and write up business requirements for channel service payroll projects.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare test case and test plan
• Provide support in incident management activities, including incident identification, tracking, and escalation.
• Participate in business digital system projects
• Support ad hoc projects and MIS reporting issues.
• Assist in user training and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2 years or above experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of insurance industry processes and systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in project management tools and techniques.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Junior candidates/ talents with UAT testing experience only can be considered as Assistant Business Analysts
