Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies.
• Drive the end-to-end delivery process, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the defined quality standards.
• Work with the Tribe Lead to assign tasks, set priorities, and manage workload distribution to optimize team performance.
• Manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle for key stakeholders
• Identify potential risks, issues, and bottlenecks that may impact project delivery and track through Jira RAIDs.
• Apply agile principles and methodologies to project management, fostering a culture of iterative development, continuous improvement, and adaptive planning.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to define and implement testing strategies, ensuring product quality and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the payments / fintech industry
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, tools, and framework
