This role will be working as the primary point of contact for new deployment, data integrity, user support for CRM (Salesforce) system in APAC.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for providing assistance and handle enquiries from users in APAC
Deploy and support new features and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) in the CRM Applications
Work closely with various functional teams (i.e. Finance, Presales, Services, Marketing etc) to coordinate new features and data maintenance for Salesforce.com
Maintain Data Quality
Key requirements:
A Bachelor degree or above in Business, Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
2 years of experience in using CRM
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Excellent skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, mission-driven environment and customer-focused problem solver
