Our client is a reputable listed-company in Hong Kong. The company is looking for an experienced system analyst or business analyst to join as a Team Lead in the ERP team. The role will focus on the finance module of D365 ERP.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the implementation, support, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Finance & Operations
• Foster strong relationships with internal business stakeholders, internal IT resources, and external vendors
• Collaborate with Finance Department to document, analyse, and improve existing processes and design future processes
• Ensure comprehensive understanding, documentation, analysis, and validation of business requirements by all parties involved
• Provide support to internal users such as Finance Department during implementation, mediating and resolving issues, obtaining consensus on system scope changes, and seeking approval for change requests
• Participate in enterprise integration projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT systems and applications
• Facilitate the development and review of functional and technical specifications to meet all requirements and success criteria
• Plan and execute various testing activities, including system, user acceptance, data migration, and performance testing
• Coordinate requirements collection, user acceptance testing, application rollout, day-to-day operations, system maintenance, and enhancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent discipline
• Knowledge of business analysis best practices, and application and system integration methodologies
• 5 years of experience in ERP implementation projects
• Demonstrated knowledge and best practices of D365 , F&O
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese), Mandarin a plus
