If you are keen to know more, please click on apply or get in touch Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Agile Product Owner, responsible for driving the development and execution of strategies to enhance the customer experience & improve the customer journey profile. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of agile methodologies, and customer-centric approaches.

About the responsibilities:

• Support Customer Digital Experience Development Manager in delivering user centred digital application projects across the organisation's range of digital channels, including mobile app, website, e-commerce and cross-media platforms.
• Transform business analysis, customer feedback and/or market research outcomes in to digital business insights and product requirement.
• Serve as the Agile Product Owner for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and strategy. Define and prioritize product backlog items based on business value, customer needs, and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop effective experience for digital channels, with a focus on customer journey profile and online to offline activeness.
• Responsible for interaction design of various digital channels in the organisation
• Expert in user experience design from user's requirement analysis, through information architecture, wireframes, user flow, behavioural design and prototype for a variety of mobile/web products.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product demos to ensure efficient and effective product development.
• Having sophisticated experience in conducting agile research, including needs finding research, conceptual validation, usability testing etc.
• Passionate and skilful for translating research findings into tangible designs
• Be part of the scrum team, work closely with development team to maximize value of sprint deliveries
• Demonstrable experience with Agile methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum and tools such as Jira, Confluence and Slack

About the requirements:

• A bachelor degree or above in Business, Information System, Digital Design, computer science or other relevant disciplines.
• At least 3 years of proven working experience in Consulting / Digital Business product development / Digital Solution / Technology Project Management
• Proven experience as an Agile Product Owner or similar role within the online industry or related fields.
• Solid working experience within an agile team on digital products implementation
• Proficiency in user requirement writing and visualisation
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages, with excellent speaking and writing skills.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Axure) is an advantage
• Understanding in latest digital trend, including Artificial Intelligence is a plus
• An excellent working attitude, self-motivated and being a team player
• Passion for continuous learning and keeping up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging technologies.
