IT Project Manager – SAP

As a Technical Project Manager to join digital transformation team, leading system analyst and IT vendor for customer facing solution delivery.

An Enterprise client is now looking for SAP PM role join their innovation team.

Job duties:

• Collaborate with business users to setup project goals , coming up with project plan to deliver IT solutions to meet the goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison with key business user representatives and owns the on time and within budget delivery for assigned initiatives at the required level of quality.
• Responsible for planning, overseeing and leading assigned initiatives from ideation through to completion of new digital initiatives to uplift customer experience and enhance internal operation efficiency.
• Responsible for leading, managing, coordinating, and coaching a team, developing schedule and individual responsibilities, evaluate work processes to improve the team’s effectiveness as well as the quality of services to business.
• Drive overall user satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables.
• Conduct risk assessment. Collect, analyse, and summarise information and trends as needed to track and report project performance and schedule adherence.
• Ensure adherence to technology architecture and standard.

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 8 years' IT experience of which 4 years in a team leading or project management role.
• PMP holder
• Strong people management skills, solid experience in both agile and waterfall project management, solution design with knowledge of architecture standards.
• Technical experience in SAP Solution, knowledge in SAP ABAP is preferred
• Experience in Agile will be a plus
• Strong vendor management skills and able delivering multiple projects
• Good spoken and written English. Fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage.
• Good track records of meeting project schedules.
• Willing to accept short-term overseas assignments as and when required.
• Talent with less experience will consider as Associate Manager
