Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mange a software development team, providing technical guidance, coaching, and support throughout development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and deliverables.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based software applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural principles.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Drive technical innovation and excellence by staying up-to-date with the latest Java technologies, tools, and industry trends.
- Implement and enforce development processes, methodologies, and quality standards to ensure efficient and effective software delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar role, with expertise in Java development.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring boot, Hibernate).
- In-depth knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and architectural concepts.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum) is preferred.
