About the job:

This role will be managing the cloud transformation, application adoption of cloud infrastructure automation enabled for the Finance Cloud to support IFRS 17, IFRS 9 and other finance initiatives.

About the responsibilities:

• Guide Finance teams to stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tune approaches to create efficiencies and increase productivity to deliver products faster.
• Uses strong business insight and software development knowledge to envision and represent Finance Cloud products and solutions at the release and sprint level.
• Works with the Product Owner, Delivery Team Leader, Solution Lead, and Tech Lead to structure sprints, facilitating the sprint planning meetings and other sprint events.
• Ensures user documentation and train the trainer materials are prepared for rollout of new projects or systems to stakeholders, users, and support groups.

About the experiences:

• 10+ years of IT PM, Agile and infrastructure experience required.
• 7+ years’ experience in programming design and systems management.
• Proven experience in leading requirements meetings and documenting requirements is a must.
• Solid knowledge in agile software methodology, Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).
• Solid knowledge in cloud engineering standards and practices.
• Understand latest and emerging technologies and practice, such as DevOps, Cloud, Microservice and Mobile development.
• Speaks fluent Cantonese, English and equips with excellent communication skills
