My client is one well-known investment bank who has a presence of 70+ countries. They are now looking for a senior BA/PM to work on their APAC IT system platform. Please see details below.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Global Market IT projects and initiations is fulfilling the requirements from regulators
- Manage and monitor IT governance and regulatory exercises for Global Market IT APS
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Manage transversal project(s) with different stakeholders
- Assist Global Market Project Manager and Management team to produce procedure documents, execute regulator review and sign-off process, communicate procedures to APS group and assist implementation.
- Follow ITIL Application Support methodology to carry out incident escalation and system change management procedures
- Produce and maintain process and/or control documents and operational procedures
Qualifications and Experience
- University qualification with IT or Business Major
- 4+ years’ experience in project coordination in technology service / regulatory area
- Experienced in SFC/HKMA onsite inspection is preferred
- Familiar with Global Markets business especially in electronic trading systems is a plus
- Outstanding analytical and problem solving abilities, along with ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in working with Compliance and Global Market Front Office
- Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and client service skills and mentality
- Fluency and proficiency in written/spoken English
