Act as Project Manager to help in Banking process transformation project.
Responsibilities
• Work with Business & operation side to go through design thinking process and generate ideas for business process mapping & revamp and re-enginnering
• Conduct review and identify opportunities for cost efficiency, productivity and service quality improvement, and formulate related project management plans
• Synthesize process improvement initiatives at different stages into executive summaries / briefs / reports
• Drive measurable improvements by deploying Process Improvement / Lean principles to assigned problems
• Establish and use quality metrics to drive change and deliver measured improvements
Requirements
• University degree in Computer Science , Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years Business Analyst/ Project Management experience in Banking industry
• Solid understanding of banking domain (retail banking / digital bank/ corprate bank/ wealth management)
• Experience in process re-enginnering ; bank wise organization transformation; digital process solution wil be a plus but not a must
• Strong business acumen and good sense with numbers
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and project management skills
• Experience in Agile environment
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, meet deadlines, and to prioritise tasks effectively
