**Responsibilities:**
- Overseeing the innovation and UX improvement as well as the day-to-day product activities in order to achieve business targets
- Lead a team of Product Owner in continuous development of our digital assets
- Lead our mobile products from end to end
- Collaborating closely with Operation and IT teams to understand business requirements
- Put on the customer hat, understand the user needs, and turn it to innovative UX solution
- Facilitating the product team to conduct user research if needed
**Requirements:**
- Educational in Information Technology, Computer Science, Design, HCI or related field
- 8 year(s) working experience in Digital & Design thinking
- Proven track record in launching successful online product
- Excellent Communication skills
- High level of analytical and quantitative skills
