Cloud DevOps Manager - Financial Services

We seek an exceptional Cloud DevOps Manager to lead transformation journey in migrating enterprise applications and systems to cloud-native architectures. This strategic role combines technical leadership with operational excellence, focusing on driving innovation while maintaining the highest standards of security and reliability in a financial services context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale cloud migration initiatives spanning applications and systems, coordinating both onshore and offshore teams
• Architect and implement comprehensive SecDevOps frameworks that accelerate time-to-market while ensuring security compliance
• Design and execute cloud-native microservices architectures focused on optimization, security enhancement, and capital efficiency
• Direct technical development teams in selecting optimal technology solutions for CI/CD pipeline development
• Establish and maintain sophisticated CI/CD pipelines across multiple Centers of Excellence and agency DevOps environments
• Orchestrate end-to-end application release lifecycles across DEV/SIT/UAT/PROD environments
• Implement robust security controls and compliance measures aligned with financial industry regulations
• Drive cultural transformation toward DevOps practices and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of IT experience with proven track record in cloud transformation
• Relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Expert-level experience with DevOps frameworks including:
• Release engineering methodologies
• Advanced test automation strategies
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementations
• Self-healing systems design
• Technical debt management
• Chaos engineering practices
• Proficiency in cloud resource management using:
• Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
• Ansible for configuration management
• Strong background in API development and integration
• Container orchestration expertise with:
• Docker Enterprise Edition
• OpenShift
• Kubernetes (including Azure AKS/AWS EKS)
• Comprehensive system administration knowledge across:
