Technical Manager (AI Application, Production Support) - 65k

We are looking for an experienced Technical manager to design, development, testing, maintenance, support data analytics (AI) solution.

Job Duties:
- Serve as an data/AI domain expert for system and project support.
- Engage in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise-level data analytics solutions.
- Work with other Analytic & AI/ML and Data Analytics Management engineers, vendors and offshore teams for the implementation of related projects
- Ensure alignment with solution architects for software development improvements.
- Provide system design, software development, and release management.
- Support production systems and manage vendor relationships for application support.
- Assist in system assurance tests and user acceptance tests.
- Manage software installation and implementation.
- Lead defect management and EOL/EOS, IS compliance tasks.
- Provide application support and manage incidents.
- Execute technology refreshment on applications.
- Manage stakeholders and facilitate communication between parties.

Job Requirements:
- University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT-related field.
- Around 8 years of project management and team leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience in one of OOP languages (e.g., Java, C#, etc.), and a scripting language (prefer Python), with an understanding of software development workflows
- Experience in data analytics solutions and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with software development tools like Jira, Confluence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
- Experience in vendor management and project development.
- Proficiency in English; Cantonese and Putonghua are a plus.
- Knowledge of Data Warehouse/Data Lake/Big Data technology.
- Hands-on experience in developing web service-oriented applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, MS Azure, etc.
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and AI/MLOps tools.
- Proficiency in AI/ML model development and machine learning frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft C#, .NET, Java is preferred.
- Experience in handling large databases and DevOps is an advantage.
- Knowledge of C++ and Generative AI/Large Language Models is a plus.
