Application Support & Business Analyst - Fixed Income

Key duties: Providing tech support, collaborating with trading desks, troubleshooting issues. Ideal candidate has 2+ years fixed income experience with support experience in pre-trade plate-form, strong technical skills, excellent comms.

About the Role:

  • Support our Credit Trading business (Corporate Bond trading) and government securities (govies) trading for sales and traders across Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Korea)
  • Provide first-line technical support for Credit and goves eTrading platforms
  • Collaborate closely with trading desks, business users, and internal/external support partners
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Assist in project management and business process improvements
  • Maintain deep knowledge of fixed income products and technologies

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services (fixed income experience preferred)
  • Experience supporting pre-trade platforms
  • Knowledge of debt markets and credit products will be a plus but not a must
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Positive and proactive attitude
