Application Support - Financial service (Java/.Net)

This role will primarily focus on supporting our Sales Performance Management System, as well as other critical applications including Salesforce and internally developed software. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java and .NET development, with experience working with Oracle or MySQL databases. Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous but not must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Sales Performance Management System, Salesforce, and other internal applications
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth application operations
  • Assist in maintaining documentation for supported applications
  • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to stay up-to-date with latest technologies
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and upgrades as required
  • Respond to user inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior support staff

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field
  • Understanding of Java or .NET development environments
  • Experience working with Oracle or MySQL databases
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (advantageous but not mandatory)
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
