SAP Analyst - F&B (5 years+)

My F&B client is looking for SAP analyst to help design, build and test SAP technologies to support businesses processes.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize SAP software expertise to optimize business operations.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and SAP technology.
• Deep understanding of processes in at least one SAP module.
• Collaborate with business/template team to assess requirements and test functionalities following SAP best practices.
• Proficient in data analysis within SAP tables and structures.
• Test complex development changes using SAP knowledge.
• Support and maintain SAP by managing tickets, prioritizing solutions, and implementing changes.
• Ensure high-quality solutions delivered in Agile methodologies.
• Address root causes of issues through continuous improvement and provide support to other IT or business teams.
• Collaborate with other SAP module specialists to address cross-functional issues.
• Identify opportunities for optimizing SAP system to improve business efficiency.
• Collaborate with Testing Team and SAP process knowledge to create relevant test scenarios.
• Provide out-of-hours support if required.

Requirements:

• SAP superuser or support/helpdesk experience.
• Ability to create and support solutions for business teams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for software issues.
• Experience in creating technical documentation and interpreting business requirements.
• Project delivery experience in the retail industry.
• Experience in supporting and resolving defects in IT systems.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Proficiency in using Jira for project management.
• Familiarity with DevOps and Agile environments.
• Global project delivery experience.
• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and process automation.
• Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies.
• SAP process knowledge in at least one module.
