Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to test and improve front-end and back-end components
- Provide workable solutions to issues, balancing strategic goals with short-term benefits
- Use innovative methods to identify effective and efficient solutions
- Test current products and identify areas for improvement
- Investigate product quality to enhance customer satisfaction using data
- Plan and manage the Quality Planning strategy
- Oversee continuous improvement projects
- Work closely with developers, stakeholders, and end users to understand user flows and vulnerabilities
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Product Development team for consistent project execution
- Identify and suggest improvements in the quality assurance process
- Define key KPIs for product quality
- Provide mentoring and coaching to the development team
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure high-quality and easy-to-support solutions
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience or above as a Quality Assurance Engineer for mobile and web applications
- Proficiency in various testing techniques, including UI testing, automated testing, and test-driven development
- Strong coding skills in JAVA and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience in security and performance testing
- Familiarity with software QA tools and processes
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
