Technical Lead (Perm, CRM & Automation)

Our client is a prestigious and highly regarded institution in Hong Kong. It is bolstered with one of the largest development teams. It is now looking for a Technical Lead to join and lead a team of junior software engineers to suppoty the organisation's CRM systems and new automation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to enhance and extend CRM systems
• Lead a team of software developers, offshore personnel, and external contractors to execute development tasks under the guidance of project managers/development managers
• Work closely with business users to document requirements, create specifications, and address any requirement and technical challenges
• Collaborate with the architecture and infrastructure team to execute technical design and construction
• Execute system design, development (including customisation, interfaces, conversion, and reporting), and software deployment
• Perform design and code evaluations to ensure the quality of software deliverable
• Prepare and review design and implementation documentation
• Provide support during system integration testing, system assurance testing, and user acceptance testing
• Assist the IT operations team in software installation and implementation tasks
• Resolve production issues and provide timely updates to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related disciplines
• 5 years' experience in software development
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing projects, leading teams of developers locally and remotely to deliver IT solutions, and providing system support
• Solid experience in coding C#, Net Framework, JavaScript (Bootstrap/Knockout/AngularJS), and jQuery
• Extensive experience with RDBMS, proficient in writing SQL in SQL Server 2016 or above
• Strong experience in large-scale system integration
• Solid experience in the development of CRM systems
• Knowledge of design and use of XML and JSON schema is preferred
• Familiar with version control systems like TFS/Git
• Solid experience in leading small development teams for application and database design, development, testing support, and system implementation
