Responsibilities
- Understand the business needs of stakeholders
- Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards
- Work with stakeholders and IT teams to prioritize collected requirements
- Communicate clarifications, changes, and enhancements of business requirements to sponsors, development team, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are all well understood
- Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders through clear communication and documentation
- Develop proactive monitoring and diagnosis tools to meet SRE standards
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, IT or related discipline
- Passionate about application development with 5-8+ years of experience
- Hands-on development experience using Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript or Java
- Experienced in software integration, testing, and quality assurance
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS or Azure cloud computing
- Exposure to agile, continuous integration/continuous delivery is a plus
- Strong problem solving and analytic skills. Love technical challenges
