Senior System Analyst (.NET)

**Job Accountabilities**

• Responsible for the accurate requirement study on both business and application systems
• Formulate feasible and optimal solution based on business requirements, produce quality analysis and design on assigned tasks, provide technical support and guide programmers throughout the project lifecycle, and conduct hands-on application development work when necessary
• Review the design/architecture and technical specifications to ensure the system development is scalable and aligned with business objectives
• Ensure the implementation of software and IT solutions are accurate with high quality and provide the completed documentation as per SDLC required
• Ensure the IT solution is compliant with Group IT standard, security policies and regulatory requirement
• Provide appropriate guidance and manage the external partners for the delivery of various business solutions within timeline and budget

**Job Qualifications**

• Bachelor degree with minimum 6 years of relevant experience in system analysis, design and development, preferably in Insurance industry
• Experience in implementing and supporting B2C, B2B and/or large-scale project/system
• Experience in implementation of COTS and ground up solutions
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework or Full Stack technologies: .Net MVC / .NetCore / ASP.Net / WebAPI
• Solid experience in SQL, shell scripting and multiple database management skills like MS SQL, Oracle, etc.
• Solid experience in Web Services (REST & SOAP Web Services), JSON, XML, openAPI concept
• Good understanding of Microservices architecture, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana and DevOps concepts
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
