Responsibilities:
• Participate in a regional level solutions implementation, roll out and 2nd tier support
• Drive business requirement discussions / clarification and collaborations with key business users
• Perform system integration with vendor
• Liaise closely with business users, Tech team and vendors to ensure effective delivery of IT solutions and timely resolution or escalation of critical risks and issues
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct all project activities, IT integration and co-ordinate user acceptance test, production deployment, problem diagnosis and reporting
• Transform business requirements into test cases to establish trace ability linkage across the entire software development life cycle
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree holder or equivalent in information technology or related business disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experiences of development / production support / IT BA for the insurance or financial industry
• Experience in SQL and stored procedure, able to work with vendors for system integration & 2nd tier support
• Familiar with Agile will be a plus
• Business domain knowledge in Insurance or AML will be an advantage
• Good team player, self-motivated and independent
• Good analytical, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of written & spoken English
