Senior system analyst

**Job Highlights** - Financial Institution - Payment system (FPS/ SWIFT) - Java coding background - Technical lead

Responsibilities
• To be a team member of Information Technology Department
• Lead a team of system analysts and development team to complete projects according to the bank standards
• Manage vendors for system development
• Work with overseas or China offshore development teams for development
• Overview of team resources and prioritize development tasks of the project and BAU
• Review of project before launch
• Provide production support for online systems
• Manage of incidents and problems for the system
• Review the works and provide support to the development team, which includes:
• Perform requirement study and analysis, research on new technology and provide technical suggestion
• Co-ordinate with other system teams in designing and producing end-to-end solution
• Sound knowledge of infrastructure components which support the system end to end
• Prepare technical documents and source code review
• Support of different kinds of testing
• Coordinate with IT Operations to deploy the system online
• Discover and evaluate new technologies to support business needs and strategy
• Experience on Waterfall or Agile methodology

Requirements
• University graduate, preferably major in Computer Science related subjects or equivalent
• Preferable over 8 years experience in IT sector cover the following:
• At least 3 years experience in a team lead/management role, preferable with banking experience
• In-depth knowledge and working experience of web application design and software development is required
• frontend technologies, J2EE, WebSphere, WebLogic, Oracle DB, Linux/Unix/AIX, shell script
• Familiar with interface integration development, REST API design and system integrations
• Experience on DevOps or CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, Git, Jira) and test automation but it is not necessary
• Experience in working on medium to large scale of projects
• Experience and knowledge in stock trading is a must (for Stock Trading System)
• Good project management, analytical, presentation and report writing skills
• A team player with good interpersonal skill, strong communication skills and risk awareness
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
