They are looking for exceptional team leader to join their growing business.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Drive critical IT Initiatives and Projects definition and implementation, selection of solutions and architecture, as well as define operations framework and its continuous improvement.
- Work closely with senior stakeholder, through tracking and reporting function, to ensure regular updates to management on the project progress.
- Advise and facilitate solutions prioritization and delivery in concert with technology, functions and business leader
- Plan and design systems for scale, harmonization and reusability to support leverageable technology solution asset
- Lead and steward the management of technology projects through its life cycle, including resources planning, budget monitoring, clients’ expectation management, change management, contingency planning, risk assessment and mitigation
- Keep abreast with the latest and emerging technologies and provide a sustainable solution for long term business benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent, minimum 10 years' working experience in Information Technology, with at least 5 years at a managerial position or above, specialized in system development
- Proven managerial experience
- Proven track records in managing systems, preferably experiences in implementing pension/ MPF IT systems/projects in multi-geography environment
- Implementation experience in pension/ MPF systems
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- In-depth knowledge of multiple organization functions and its business contributions and requirements to achieve business goal
- Solid understanding of the technology industry, including current and emerging digital solutions
- Deep appreciation of latest and emerging technologies and practice, such as DevOps, Cloud, Microservice and Mobile development
- Well versed with Agile methodology
