It is now looking for an experienced System Analyst to join the digital team. In this role, you will lead a team of junior developers to deliver front-end/UI development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, integrate, and support high-volume customer-facing mobile and web applications
- Work with solution analysts and architects to design and define solutions
- Work with Project Managers to ensure high-quality, on-time and on-budget solutions
- Prepare system requirements and system design documents
- Lead an offshore development team to deliver IT Projects:
- Develop new user-facing features
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimise application for maximum speed and scalability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Over 5 years' front-end developmenr experience
- Experienced in systems analysis, design, software development and support
- Solid development experience in latest JavaScript Framework (React.js OR Angular.js)
- HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript, MVC, Ajax, JSON, XML
- React Native a plus but not a must
- Knowledge and working experience in UI/UX design is an advantage
- Familar with agile development; experience using tools such as Git/Bitbucket
