Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to move data from source systems to data warehouses
- Design and develop scalable data models and data architectures to support business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure data quality and integrity
- Develop and implement data processing workflows to extract, transform, and load data
- Develop and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and data quality issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation and data dictionaries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, database design, and data integration
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or Java
- Experience with ETL tools, data warehousing, and data modeling
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure
- Experience with data governance, data security, and data privacy
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skill
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- English communication is a must and Mandarin is highly preferred
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
