Responsibilities
- Analyze channel usage and customer behavior as well as support business users for the process of marketing campaign execution starting from market analysis, campaign execution and resuit analvsis.
- Support and assist for analyzing the channel and customer behavior to deliver valuable insights for channel development, marketing campaign and strategic initiatives.
- Better understand customer behaviour through exploration of big data
- Assist the CRM Campaign Management Manager in monitoring and analyzing channel usage
- Prepare regular MIS reports for channel usage, marketing analytics and / or regulatory reporting
- Conduct data analysis and interpretation for providing creative solutions and / or supporting management decision
Requirements
- University graduate, preferably in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Decision Science, Computer Science, or a related disciplines,
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in data analysis or MIS reporting, preferably in banking industry
- Proficiency in SQL, SAS, MS Office (excel and Access) and BA
- Experience in other Analytics tools is an advantage
- Creative, detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
- A good team member, proactive and with good problem solving skill
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
