On the hunt for a highly skilled Security Architect to design, implement, and oversee the organization's security frameworks and strategies. This role involves conducting risk assessments, developing robust security measures, and ensuring the protection of sensitive information and systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay ahead of emerging security trends, and lead efforts to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and establish security architecture frameworks that align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and threat modeling to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to safeguard critical assets.
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security measures into system designs and application lifecycles.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and thorough reporting.
  • Keep abreast of emerging security technologies, industry trends, and threat landscapes to enhance the organization’s defenses.
  • Lead security awareness and training programs to foster a strong security culture across the organization.
  • Assess, recommend, and implement security tools and technologies to strengthen the organization's security posture.
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations of security controls to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Document security processes, architecture designs, and incident response plans for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes.

Key Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and standards, such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS.
  • Hands-on experience with security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and encryption methods.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and vulnerability management tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud security practices and principles for cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Preferably holds relevant security certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address complex security challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
