Senior Manager - Red teaming/ Vulnerability (HKD$1.6M+)

Join us as the leader of red teaming in one of the most prestigious and well-respected enterprises in Hong Kong to help drive cutting-edge security strategies and protect our organization against evolving cyber threats.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the Vulnerability Manaagement Team in infrastructure vulnerability scanning, configuration compliance, and penetration testing.
  • Manage external service providers to ensure service levels are met.
  • Oversee prioritization and remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
  • Assess vulnerability intelligence in context with external threats.
  • Ensure effective operation of vulnerability management services for applications and infrastructure.
  • Identify gaps and improvements in vulnerability management services.
  • Present VM metrics, reports, and highlights to stakeholders.
  • Lead the response plan for critical vulnerabilities.

What you'll bring:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in related fields, with 5+ years in Vulnerability Management.
  • Strong experience in VM services and procedures.
  • Logical and analytical skills with a focus on vulnerability categories.
  • Customer-focused service delivery approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
  • Professional integrity and competence.
  • Experience with Vulnerability Assessment, DevSecOps, Pen-Testing, and related technologies.
  • Certifications like CISSP or CISM preferred.
