Senior Manager - Cyber Security Operations (HKD$1.2M)

What you'll do:

• Strategy Development: Create and implement a maritime-specific cybersecurity strategy for fleet and shore operations.
• Policy Enforcement: Review and enforce cyber-resilience policies globally across vessels and offices.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans, implementing remediation plans for identified threats.
• Incident Response: Define and maintain a Cyber Incident Response Plan with regular drills and simulations.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze security metrics to evaluate cybersecurity initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Advisory Role: Serve as a trusted advisor translating technical risks into business implications, offering actionable solutions. Drive initiatives that foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness and resilience.
• Audit Participation: Support internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor cybersecurity professionals to align with organizational objectives.
• Collaboration with IT: Integrate cybersecurity into development cycles and operational processes with the Digital/IT team.

What you'll bring:

• 8 years+ of experience in technology background, equips with all rounded infrastructure, network, system and cyber security experience
• Hands on with supporting daily security operations, troubleshooting, remediation and incidents handling
• Proven ability to enforce cybersecurity policies aligned with NIST CSF, ISO 27001
• Strong change management and communication skills, particularly with C-suite executives.
• Experience in incident response, threat intelligence, and security tools are strong advantages
• Leadership in building high-performing cybersecurity teams and managing vendor relationships.
