Senior Security Manager -Vulnerability Management (HKD$1.2M)

Join a leading organization in the heart of Hong Kong, where you can play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our cybersecurity practices as a Senior Cyber Security Manager focusing on vulnerability management.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage the Vulnerability Management (VM) Team, focusing on Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning, Configuration Compliance, Penetration Testing, and DevSecOps practices.
  • Oversee external service providers and vendors to ensure service levels are met.
  • Prioritize and manage the remediation of identified vulnerabilities effectively and within agreed timelines.
  • Provide relevant assessments of vulnerabilities concerning the organization's context and external threats.
  • Ensure effective operation of vulnerability management services for both applications and infrastructure.
  • Identify control gaps and implement improvement initiatives for the VM service.
  • Develop and present VM metrics and reports to business and IT stakeholders.
  • Lead the response to critical vulnerabilities, including the development and implementation of response plans.

What you'll bring:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in the field, with at least 5 years in Vulnerability Management
  • Strong background in Vulnerability Management services and operating procedures.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on various types of vulnerabilities.
  • Technical skills in Vulnerability Assessment, DevSecOps, Pen-Testing, and more.
  • Relevant industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) preferred.
  • Speaks good English and Cantonese, equips with excellent communication skills.
