Senior Manager - Security Incidents Response (HKD$1M)

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate response efforts during major cybersecurity incidents, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage cybersecurity incident response and oversee remediation actions, liaising with key stakeholders and responder groups.
  • Conduct advanced threat analysis, identifying root causes and implementing remediation.
  • Review cybersecurity alerts/events handled by L1/L2 Analysts to ensure effective management within SLA.
  • Maintain and develop Cyber Security Incident Response processes and scenario-based response playbooks.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure adherence to guidelines and standards.
  • Align personal development plans with business objectives and embrace team transformation.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive culture while supporting cross-team collaboration.

What you'll bring:

  • University degree in Computer Science, equipped with industry-recognized Cyber Security certification (e.g., CISSP, GIAC, OSCP).
  • 8+ years of experience, with at least 8 years in cybersecurity at a regional or global level.
  • Familiarity with NIST Computer Security Incident Handling Guide
  • Experience with SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, and Threat Intel Platforms.
  • Ability to handle rapid response situations effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Splunk, XSOAR, Threat Intel Platform, UEBA technologies.
  • Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK & D3FEND, Cyber Kill Chain, Incident Response, and Threat Intelligence Lifecycle.
  • Experience in researching threat actors and assessing their threat levels.
