What you'll do:

Threat and Vulnerability

• Oversee regional threat and vulnerability efforts.
• Coordinate with Technology Teams on vulnerability fixes and responses.
• Perform regular and ad-hoc scans for vulnerabilities and monitor security patches and compliance.
• Handle critical vulnerability responses and resolve security incidents.
• Keep documentation for threat and vulnerability management updated.
• Manage baseline exceptions in a central registry.
• Enhance and automate the vulnerability management process.
• Report on identified vulnerabilities and associated risks.

Operations

• Monitor cybersecurity events in SIEM according to international protocols.
• Escalate security incidents and assist in investigations and risk mitigation.
• Manage security tools like vulnerability scanners and malware protection.
• Conduct training to increase employee awareness of cyber threats.
• Manage regional information security risk profiles and incident reports.
• Support incident reporting, prepare monthly reports and metrics for risk committees.

What you'll bring:

• University degree in information security, systems, computer science, or engineering.
• 5+ years in Cyber Security, specializing in Threat and Vulnerability Management within financial institutions.
• Experience with security scanning solutions, penetration and application security testing.
• Hands on experience in administrating Qualys is mandatory
• Knowledge in security operations, threat intelligence, and incident response is beneficial.
• Professional certifications like CISSP, CEH, CISP, GWAPT, OSCP are advantageous.
• Familiarity with security technologies and frameworks such as NIST, ISO27001, ITIL, COBIT.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
