What you'll do:

• Support Asia Cyber Security Team to implement and lead the operation of the Cyber Security Operation covering Asia and China zone
• Responsible for defining Cyber security architecture (Security by Design) - System, network, application, cloud, security process and technology design
• Evaluate and adopt the Global and China Security Tool for SOC Operations such as SOAR (PA), SIEM (Splunk, Qradar, Google SecOps, MS Sentinel), EDR (MDE, Crowdstrike, SentinelOne), NDR (Darktrace, Vectra), Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) and more
• Web security Scan (Acunetix, Brup Suite) and Vulnerability management (Qualys)
• Privileged Access management (Also Identity and Access Management) - (Beyond Trust, Cyberark, Okta, Ping)
• Security Tool integration and automation, Security Service Vendor Management and Security KPI implementation

What you'll bring:

• At least 5 years hands-on experience in IT Security, prior experience in SOC operation will be preferred. 2 years of supervisory or Managerial experience
• Hands on Experiences Security monitoring and Incident response will be an added advantage
• • Experience of Application Security and DevSecOps are strong advantages (Jira, Servicenow)
• Relevant professional certification, such as CISSP, CCSP, PMP is desired
• Occasional travel in the Asia zone (China, max monthly Asia, max quarterly)
• Speak fluent English and Mandarin/Cantonese
