Responsibility:
- Understand the application design and process flow, maintain system stability and availability for platform functionality for both internal and external usage
- Design and prepare platform monitoring solution on all production workloads to support any operation challenges and issues
- Perform operation and BAU activities on finance and actuarial cloud platform
- Troubleshoot and solve challenging operational issues in a complex enterprise environment, interacting with multiple services across AWS cloud, on-premises infrastructure, as well as external applications
- Work closely with application development team as well as business user on platform solution and architecture, and implement integration and automation solution
Requirements:
- B.S. degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information System, Engineering, or Statistics or relevant discipline
- At least 1+ years of cloud operation and development experience
- Experience in working across cloud platforms with large scale infrastructure
- Experience in design and configure monitoring solution
- Knowledge in automation and scripting language such as Python
- Capable of managing, analyzing, troubleshooting, and fixing issues independently
- Excellent communication and written skill including Chinese and English
