About the job:
- Become a domain area expert in cloud (Azure) management
- Lead and manage Cloud (Azure) Operation team to support the Group and BU to achieve business targets and goals
- Responsible for effective monitoring, reporting, security and lifecycle management on all cloud (AZURE) services and proper training on the staffs involved in cloud (Azure) operations\
- Evaluate, respond to, and resolve service issues, design tools and automation to prevent problem recurrence
- Manage security-related settings of cloud (AZURE) environment, including compliance with ISO27001, PCI-DSS and other standards relevant to Insurance industry
- Manage the monitoring, updating, optimisation, redundancy, stability of cloud (AZURE) systems
- Implement Infrastructure as Code to improve accuracy and efficiency of cloud (AZURE) operations
- Manage implementation of cloud program by overseeing all project management activities
About the requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technology with more than 6 years in IT and hands on with Azure cloud operations
- ITIL foundation certification with relevant experience in this area
- Certified with MS Azure certifications
- Experience and knowledge of containers, orchestration tools and container administration, e.g. AZURE AKS, Redhat Openshift, Kubernetes are strong advantages
- Speaks excellent English, Cantonese and equips with strong communication skills
