Business/ Data/ CRM Analytics (Multiple Openings)

Position 1: Data Management / Business Analytics - Data

• Conduct business analysis to identify data requirements and improve data processes.
• Manage and maintain data quality and integrity across various financial systems.
• Support financial reporting and ensure compliance with data standards.

Requirments:

• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, data management, project management, or risk management within the financial services sector.
• A degree in Business, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of finance systems, data processes, and financial reporting is advantageous.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.

Position 2: Data Analytics & CRM

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Design and develop dashboards and reports using Tableau and automate data workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize Python and SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.

Requirments:

• 3 years of experience in business analysis or data analytics
• Proven experience in gathering business requirements, creating dashboards, and automation.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python, Tableau, and SQL (a MUST).
