AI & Data Architect – Digital & Innovation - Enterprise

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement strategic AI architecture plans that deliver scalable, cost-efficient solutions aligned with evolving business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and translate high-value use cases for the organization’s AI platform.
• Partner with IT teams, vendors, and business units to develop and deploy data-driven AI solutions while tracking progress and outcomes.
• Provide expert guidance on AI transformation projects or proof-of-concepts, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and long-term scalability.
• Oversee resource planning, including training programs and talent development, while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems or related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience , experience in leadership role
• Solid experience in design and implement AI solutions across different cloud platforms (Azure/OpenAI, Huawei AI, Alibaba AI).
• Expertise in GenAI tech stacks and open-source tools.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, cloud-native infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with ML feature stores, vector databases, and semantic data layers.
• Coach junior developers or independently build prototypes to drive innovation.
• Good communication skills in Cantonese and English
