Product Manager

This role is critical in ensuring structured project execution, transparent reporting, and alignment with strategic priorities. The primary focus is on tracking project progress, consolidating reporting, managing risks, and ensuring effective governance mechanisms across multiple technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, defining key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Oversee project scope, resources, budgets, risks, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
• Establish governance frameworks and documentation standards to align projects with strategic objectives.
• Standardize and consolidate project reporting for transparency across initiatives and senior-level decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to monitor execution and address risks or blockers.
• Facilitate executive discussions by preparing structured reports and insights on project health and performance.
• Support organizational transformation to Agile practices by embedding new governance models and fostering a collaborative culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading and implementing technology projects.
• Strong project management skills with 5+ years of experience managing technology projects.
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for working with teams to design and deliver exceptional products.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making in day-to-day management as well as making strategic trade-offs.
• Knowledge of Design Thinking principles with an ability to analyze and design user journeys effectively.
• Experience releasing global products that meet regulatory requirements.
• Strong technology literacy with a bachelor’s degree or above education level required.
• Broad knowledge of automation, robotics, AI applications along with technical concepts.
• Strong coordination experience working with internal/external stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Ability to follow direction-setting for the company’s technology roadmap while supporting steering efforts through project management/reporting enhancements.
• Fluent in spoken/written English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous but not mandatory.
