What you'll do:

* Participate actively in the development and enhancement of business applications tailored for the life insurance sector, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
* Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies as well as functional and technical design processes, producing detailed specifications that guide successful project outcomes.
* Manage an off-shore development team by providing clear schedules, monitoring progress meticulously, and supporting their professional growth through effective communication.
* Engage in system design activities, oversee development phases, and perform thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of software quality.
