* Proficiency with common programming frameworks and tools relevant to generative AI applications such as language models and multimodal generation is expected.
* Deep understanding of foundational concepts, processes, and methodologies within artificial intelligence is necessary; particular emphasis on large model theory is preferred.
* Practical experience with language models based on Transformer architecture is highly desirable for this role.
* Familiarity with open-source generative AI frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, LangServe, LangSmith, xInference is important for successful project delivery.
* Experience with fine-tuning methods for large language models such as Lora and p-tuning as well as RAG workflow orchestration is advantageous; agent development experience and embedding deployment are also beneficial.
* Demonstrated ability in deploying Transformer-based models and vLLM within Kubernetes frameworks is required; hands-on deployment experience is valued.
