Business Analytics Manager - Banking (GCP)

We are looking for a data-driven professional to support fraud detection strategy development.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and deploying fraud detection rules and features
• Preparing data and designing test cases for system and strategy validation
• Automating processes and implementing fraud strategies
• Creating dashboards for data quality checks and performance monitoring

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in analytics, machine learning, or risk scorecard development
• Strong data analysis skills with large datasets
• Proficient in PySpark, Python, BigQuery SQL, or SAS
• Experience with GCP, BigQuery, and Looker Studio
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Fraud detection experience is a plus
• Proactive with a "can-do" mindset
