Senior Manager Data Engineer AWS - APAC Financial Services

Reputed Financial Services with global coverage. Since mid-last year the implementation of a new data lake across multiple markets in APAC has become their critical priority. They are now expanding across multiple departments (business and IT).

What you'll do:

• Design, develop, and work actively on data solution delivery using AWS
• Contribute to the architecture, coding, and deployment of critical data systems.
• Enhance the data platform efficiency and implement new data management strategies
• Drive business stakeholder's engagement and collaborate with data architects, software engineers and data analyst
• Partner closely with multiple local business units including HK
• Manage the accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of the data

What you bring:

• At least 7 year's experience in Data Engineering or Management
• Consulting background or from Financial Services (Insurance, Bank) is appreciated
• AWS experience is important, candidates with Azure cloud can be considered

Location: Hong Kong - Permanent role

Salary range: HKD 70 to 78k/ month + bonus

Start date: June/July 2025
