Full Stack Developer - Gen AI

A reputable financial institution is looking for a full stack developer with AI/Gen AI solution delivery experience to join their team.

We’re looking for a talented and proactive Full Stack Developer to join our customer-facing technology team. You’ll play a key role in building a global data platform that will process customer data and work on cutting-edge Generative AI chatbot solutions that can identify and verify customer identities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications for customer data management and AI-based chatbot systems.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and compliance teams to define business logic, such as keyword recognition and follow-up question flows for identity verification.
• Build scalable APIs and services to power real-time data flow across the global data platform.
• Contribute to the AI-enhanced chatbot capable of:
• Recognizing customer intent using NLP techniques.
• Performing dynamic identity verification workflows.
• Participate in future feature development to support investment fund inquiries and related services.
• Work collaboratively in a multi-country engineering environment, ensuring high standards in code quality, testing, and performance.

Tech Stack & Required Skills

• Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Backend: Node.js, .NET, or Python (any modern backend framework experience welcomed)
• Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in Azure and AWS
• Databases: SQL and NoSQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, CosmosDB)
• DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with SaaS platforms and API-first architecture
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI/ML, NLP, or chatbot frameworks
