Data Engineering & Analytics Manager - (Azure, ML, AI)

My client is looking for a Data Engineering & Analytics Manager to generate data insights through analytics techniques, ML & AI tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data systems and analytics strategies to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Drive execution of data analytics initiatives within project timelines.
  • Collaborate with business units and IT to ensure effective data capture and translation for analytics.
  • Apply appropriate analytics models on the Enterprise Data Platform for informed decision-making.
  • Incorporate cost-effective technologies into analytics processes.
  • Balance data privacy with business analytics needs.

Requirements:

  • Over 8 years of IT experience, particularly in solution design and system integration.
  • Proven leadership in data analytics teams for multidisciplinary projects.
  • Strong skills in gathering business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management with Azure Data Analytics tools (Databricks, Data Factory, etc.).
  • Experience with Machine Learning and statistical models.
  • Proficient in root cause analysis of data and processes.
  • Experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
