Business Analyst (Supplier Analysis, Supply Chain)

Our client stands as an MNC softline manufacturer, they're hiring a Business Analyst to analyse the purchasing performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate data from demand planning, inventory reports, and other pertinent sources
  • Partner with operations, production, and various supply chain departments to improve teamwork
  • Verify that supplier production schedules align with demand forecasts
  • Oversee inventory levels and conduct routine stock assessments to prevent shortages and overstock
  • Work with the procurement team to ensure timely receipt of finished goods and supplies

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration/Data Analytics or related disciplines
  • 2 years' experience in business/data analytics for supply chain operations especially supplier side
  • Candidates from softline industries (fabrics, garment, etc.) are desired, but not a must
  • MNC background is a plus
  • Familiar with Excel, PowerBI & Power Query
  • Good command of English & Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
