The role will formulate corporate data and analytics strategy to provide client insights and develop data solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish a clear product vision by analyzing current journeys and user insights.
  • Develop a value proposition through competitor analysis and design thinking.
  • Collaborate with business and IT to maintain a product roadmap from inception to production.
  • Prioritize features based on feasibility and business justification.
  • Monitor user satisfaction and continuously improve the product.
  • Lead teams to deliver on the product roadmap while adhering to governance processes.
  • Communicate the product vision and benefits to stakeholders for buy-in and approvals.
  • Partner with various stakeholders to execute the product vision.
  • Implement Agile principles to enhance speed to market and user benefits.
  • Manage backlog prioritization based on business value and ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 10+ years in leadership roles within Insurance or Financial Services.
  • Certified Product Owner (CPO) or similar qualification preferred.
  • Knowledge of life insurance products and customer behaviors.
  • Expertise in Agile frameworks and managing client data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
